Well, in the meantime you're hopefully recovered from last weekend... The feet do not hurt anymore from walking? The batteries of all your devices are fully recharged? Believe us, you'll be able to use it well this coming weekend...
We are approaching the next milestone with huge steps: soon the 1.5 millionth flag will be deployed! And now we give you three guesses about what we’ll come up with! 1)... 2)... 3)... Exactly, a double-point weekend ONLY for the deploy of flags. Each flag counts. Each flag type counts. And it just doubles! We are curious, if we’ll reach this modest stage weekend at the weekend?
So, double points for deploying flags are available from Friday, 12.May 2017 at 00:01 until Sunday, 14.May 2017 at 23:59 (time zone Europe / Berlin).

If a traveler does a trip, then he can experience something. The Flagstack trip to Bremerhaven to the mega "event at sea" was pure experience! The Flagstack crew met with many sailors from all directions at the fishing port and we had a wonderful day. The organizers of the MEGA geocaching event have thought of everything: the rain was canceled, a balmy wind blew from the sea, food and drink for all tastes, many visitors were curious at our stand and let themselves be inspired by the flag hunting!
Many thanks to our rum trustee Borghuis and our purser PappaPad! Thanks to your great help we were able to present ourselves at our best: our ship (the stand) was built top and defied every storm (rush), the questions of newcomers were answered expertly, and installation help with entry into the rookies list was an all-inclusive achievement!
There was also a big reunion with many players - from Germany, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland and the Netherlands they came into the maritime town at the Weser, and in addition to many flags they have collected the pirate crew together with a badge. A total of 46 event participants has been a record, and we had lots of fun!
From the event, we send many new players to their home ports in Germany, Norway, Portugal and the rest of the world. A total of three of them can be really happy, because they have won a Flagstack premium membership for 1 year: Congratulations to Lottikind (DE), Nja42 (NO) and Hanno319 (DE)!

Ahoy, maiden and comrades!
Our ambassador Jolly Roger has been jumping around the world for a few days and maybe has been telling you about the event by the sea in Bremerhaven (DE)? This year, the Geocaching Mega-Event (GC6HV29) on 06.May 2017 will be supported by Flagstack and as a partner we will be there with a mega stand! We look forward to it!
The Flagstack crew has already scrubbed the decks and will light the anchors on Friday, 05.May 2017 at 10:00 am (time zone Europe / Berlin). The journey on the Flagstack map starts in Montego Bay on the beautiful pirate island of Jamaica. You don’t believe it? Then open the eyes and look closely at the map... Arrgh! Do you see the 7 ships on the horizon? From this moment on, the crew will be on the road and you can watch them as Jumpers - and with luck, they will have an intermediate stop near you... Just in time for the start of the event on 06.May 2017 at 10:00 am (time zone Europe / Berlin), the ships and the crew will drop the anchors in Bremerhaven at the event site.
The entire crew is virtually on site between 10:00 am and 06:00 pm (time zone Europe / Berlin). Polish your eye-patch and you'll see all of them: captain Powerslice, navigator DTas, surgeon Lednimedvidek, purser PappaPad, petty officer Sundream, rum trustee Borghuis and ship's kobold thwe16!
Rum trustee Borghuis, purser PappaPad, captain Powerslice and petty officer Sundream will be live on site and we look forward to a great atmosphere, great conversations and lots of new Flagstack enthusiasts! Of course, you can pick up the unique coexist event badge by capping the Event Flag. If you collect the crew and make a clear sweep, you’ll get the super cool event by the sea special badge!
Subsequent to the end of the event, the virtual journey continues. The entire crew jumps aboard and the jumpers continue to jump around the world until Sunday, 07.May 2017 at 23:59 (time zone Europe / Berlin) - then the whole spook will be over and the ships disappear in the mist of the Bermuda triangle...

The pirates are jumpers and come first to Europe at 11am - the ships sail across (australia, spain, germany) and then they will be seen in the Bay of Bremerhaven in the morning....

The spring is here, and the Team Battle is not a bit tired! 74 teams have given their best and put into action "capture the flag". At the top we all see red - because the Alliance of the Flagkeeper is the top 10 with only one exception. Are you part of another faction? Come on and shows in May that even you have what it takes! Get off the couch...!
"Fun with Flags" have conquered the top 10 and have worked out over 24,000 Team Credits. Really great performance! Position 14 “Dutch Highlanders“is completely Dutch and solid with over 15,000 Team Credits. The best Danish-Swedish team "Stars Of Scandinavia" has narrowly scrape past 20th place and landed on position 21 - there will be more next month, right?! And at number 41 you wonder: was it coincidence or a precision landing? "Einsteins Erben" earned exactly 5,000 Team Credits and thus qualified for the second stage of the bonus system...

After the deploy, the jumper flag is unstoppable and explores the whole world for you! Within one year, it teleports from one place to another. It jumps between 08:00 and 20:00 in the respective time zone. It will spend 60 minutes at a location - unless it is captured, it immediately looks for a new goal! Next weekend the big days arrive - easter-holidays are coming up! And to make sure you're going outside, FLAGSTACK will come up with a fantastic Easter Special.
In the course of the upcoming week, you will find an Easter lamb in your inventory. Using the app, you can deploy this Easter lamb from Good Friday (14.April 2017, 00:01, timezone Europe/ Berlin). Our system automatically hides 40 sweet, small Easter lambs on the map within a radius of 1 km around your current deploy location - and you have to try to find them! They will become visible on the map when you are close enough to the Easter Specials - about 200 meters! By the way, you will find them close to roads and footpaths. And only you can see your Easter lambs. You get 40 points for each collected Easter lamb, for at least 17 collected Easter lambs, you will receive a beautiful Easter badge.
Because so many players were enthusiastic last year, the golden Easter Bunny is available for you in our webshop again! This Bunny hides automatically 10 golden Easter eggs within 1km around your current deploy location. These Easter eggs are only visible on the map when you get close to them (about 200m)! In contrast to the Easter lambs, other players can also find and capture

Please make sure to have a good GPS signal before the deployment. A review, of whether the road is in a secure area or how good the mobile reception is, cannot be done. It will happen in some cases, that Easter Specials are unreachable. Therefore, there is no legal claim to be able to collect all the Easter Specials. So you will receive more than twice as many specials as for the preservation of the badges are necessary. The promotion of all Easter specials ends on Sunday after Easter (23.April 2017, 23:59:59, timezone Europe/ Berlin).
